SAT Course   |   $1595         DC Area SAT Schedules or Baltimore Area SAT Schedules

Our SAT course is our most popular and comprehensive offering. It is a seven-week course that runs many times throughout the year in preparation for the SAT and PSAT.

This program does much more than review math, reading and writing fundamentals. It also teaches innovative test-taking techniques that dramatically improve scores. The course features 4 full-length diagnostic tests that we administer under standard, proctored conditions to ensure that students are well prepared for test day. For students with different learning needs who qualify for extended time, we are able to administer these diagnostics with appropriate accommodations. And for all students, tests are scored with sophisticated software that tracks individual strengths and weaknesses.

When we form classes, we always group students by incoming scores so that they can learn at an appropriate pace, and we never group more than 10 students per instructor. As a matter of fact, our average class size is 8 students—this allows us to maximize personal attention and realize the best score improvements around.

Our dynamic staff is uniquely gifted at teaching SAT material. Instructors have been handpicked from hundreds of applicants throughout the Baltimore-Washington area. They are bright, dynamic instructors who scored extraordinarily well on the SAT. Many are graduate and undergraduate students from top universities who remember what it was like to prepare for the exam and who can relate to student needs.

Our SAT Guarantee

The Capital Educators program has been so successful that we make the following guarantee: students who complete the program but do not improve by at least 150 points can work with us at no charge until they do.
Our score improvements do not come about by waving a magic wand. We require that students attend all classes, complete short homework assignments, and perform satisfactorily on weekly vocabulary quizzes. In the event that a student fails to meet any of these obligations, we contact parents immediately. This hands-on approach makes it nearly impossible for students to slip through our program anonymously.
